Cancellation policy and general booking information.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 20% non-refundable deposit. Balance payment becomes due 60days before check in.
Cancellations made within 60days of the start of the stay incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 30days of the start of the stay incur a 100% fee.
