Ninjin House

Ninjin house is well insulated eco house. Built using natural materials, cellulose fibre and pavatex insulation, Japanese rendered walls, and natural wooden cladding.
The hydronic panel heaters are run from energy efficient heat pumps, and result in cosy rooms and clean dry air quality inside the house.
The solar panels produce clean energy all spring, summer and Autumn and offset the energy we use over winter.
The apartment occupies the first floor and ground floor of the house. It has some of the best views in Nozawa Onsen. There is a terrace at the front to sit and enjoy a beer on sunny afternoons.
Ninjin house is just below the Sparena Hot Spring Complex and just 140m walk to the home trail to the Karasawa area lifts where you can connect to the main Gondola, and 480m to the main street.

It features 2 double beds and 2 single beds and can comfortably host 6 guests. There are 2 seperate toilets, a shower room, and a full kitchen with coffee maker, rice cooker and more.
