• Check-in at Narita Airport -All passengers must check in at our dedicated counter in Narita Airport Terminal 2. Check-in opens 1 hour before departure and closes strictly 15 minutes prior.
• Flight Connections -Flight Arrivals (Narita Airport)Please allow a minimum of 75 minutes if arriving at terminal 2, or 120minutes if arriving at terminal 1 or 3.
• Flight Delays -While the shuttle company make all effort to wait for delayed flights however, in many cases it is not possible. They are only permitted to use the vehicle stopping areas for limited times.All decisions on waiting for delayed flights or trains are solely at the discretion of Nagano Snow Shuttle.
• Bus operations may be subject to delays or changes due to snow, traffic congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. They do not take responsibility for circumstances outside of its control that cause delays (bad weather, road closures, accidents, traffic etc..).

  In the event of significant delays, Nagano Snow Shuttle may offer customers an alternative means of transport, but any fares or other payments are the responsibility of the customer.

The shuttle depart from Akakura Bus stop to Nozawa Onsen via Hotel Tangram and Madarao Kogen Hotel.
